What this service is

Upkeepvo is preventive maintenance software and we are the vendor: free planners that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps assets as records with their intervals, due dates and completed visits.

How we are paid

Upkeepvo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Upkeepvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Upkeepvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The planner index lists every free planner on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The planners compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not engineering, safety or regulatory advice; what your site is required to do is a matter for your regulator, your insurer and your own competent person.
