One paid plan
The planners are free forever, worked figures and all. Upkeepvo Pro is the schedule behind them: every asset a record with its interval, its next due date and the visits already done, so the plan is a living thing rather than a spreadsheet somebody keeps forgetting to update. One price, whole site, cancel from your account page.

Should you buy a full CMMS instead?
If you dispatch technicians all day, hold spares against assets and need condition monitoring, buy a full CMMS and pay per seat for it. Upkeepvo is for the site where one person owns the schedule, the work is planned rather than dispatched, and the thing that keeps going wrong is that the plan lives in a spreadsheet.
Competitor prices are the vendor's own published figures, read on the date shown and licensed in research/data/claims.tsv: MaintainX lists Basic at $0, Essential at $25 per user per month billed monthly ($20 billed annually) and Premium at $75 per user per month billed monthly ($65 billed annually), read 2026-09-04 from the MaintainX pricing page. Their entry tier is the benchmark this product's price is set against; it is not a claim that anyone has paid us anything.
