A plan on a spreadsheet is a plan that is out of date the first week somebody moves a service. Here each asset holds its own interval, so the due date is derived rather than typed, and moving one visit does not silently move the rest.
What was checked, by whom, on what date, and what failed. Filed against the asset rather than in a folder by month, because every question anybody asks later starts with the asset and not with the date.
The completed visits stay against the asset for as long as you keep the subscription, so the answer to the only question anybody ever asks in a hurry takes two seconds rather than an afternoon in a filing cabinet.
